Elira Hope is an author brand of Ribbonstone Publishing. For privacy or order questions, email contact@ribbonstonepublishing.com or write to PO Box 3319 North Strathfield NSW 2137, Australia.
When you request a delivery quote or buy a product, we use your name, email, delivery address, delivery phone number, order details and payment status to prepare a quote, process the order, arrange delivery and provide support. A contact phone number is required at checkout for physical deliveries and is used for order and delivery support, not marketing. Payment and billing details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout. This shop does not receive or store your full card number.
For an unsigned paperback, we provide the delivery details needed to IngramSpark when we manually place your paid order. IngramSpark and its delivery partners print and deliver the book. For print-on-demand merchandise, our selected supplier is Printful. When merchandise sales open, we will share the delivery and order details needed for printing and delivery with Printful and its production and delivery partners. Signed gift sets are packed by us and delivered through a postal or courier service. An international delivery may involve providers outside Australia.
The shop is hosted using Sites and Cloudflare. Order records are restricted to the shop owner. Your basket is saved in your browser so it can remain available on a return visit. Quote links contain delivery details: keep them private and contact us if you believe a link has been shared incorrectly.
We retain information needed for order support and business records. Contact us to ask about the information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
Buying a product does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Newsletter subscriptions on the author website are separate. This policy applies to this direct shop; Stripe, IngramSpark, Printful and external retailers also have their own privacy information.
